Currently, Whole Melt Extracts only ships within the United States. Due to varying legal restrictions on cannabis products, we do not offer international shipping though we do make exceptions on certain purchases. Delivery times typically range from 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. For customers in rural or remote areas, delivery may take an additional 1-2 days. We provide tracking information for all orders, allowing you to monitor your package’s progress.
If you need to modify your order, please contact our customer service team within 3 hours of placing your order. After this window, changes may not be possible as your order might already be processed for shipping.

- Responsibility and Accountability: If the insurance fee is not paid, we cannot be held accountable for any issues that may arise during the delivery of your product. While you have the option to forgo this fee, we strongly recommend paying it to ensure a smoother and more seamless delivery experience.
- Replacement Assurance: In the event of delivery problems, such as the product not being delivered or going missing, we will take responsibility for sending a replacement product at our expense, including any related shipping costs.
- Peace of Mind: By opting for the insurance fee, you can shop with confidence, knowing that we are committed to resolving any issues that may occur during the delivery process.

Once you place an order, it automatically goes ON-HOLD.
Once we receive your payment, your order status will change to PROCESSING.
You will also be sent a payment confirmation email as well.
Once your order is complete, we will issue you a tracking number and your order status will be changed to COMPLETE. Your tracking number will be sent via email.
If you have not received a tracking number after 24 hours, this is an indication that your order is still ON HOLD
Meaning we have not received your payment, please revise your bank records and see if the payment was successfully sent to our payment info that was provided at check out.
If your order is PROCESSING and you do not have a tracking number by the following business day, please contact us immediately here and we will definitely provide you an update.

Once a package/order has been processed and shipped by USPS, UPS, FedEx or any other shipping agency used for the delivery, we are not liable for any lost or stolen items. We recommend checking out these tips:
- Allow 36 business hours from the date of said deliverance for the package to arrive.
- Check the surrounding area for the package.
- Someone else may have accepted the delivery for you.
- There may have been a notice of attempted delivery.
